We are looking for you, if you:

  • have relevant experience in Fraud,
  • have an affinity for Learning,
  • know or want to learn how to create engaging (blended) learning solutions.
  • can write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts,
  • are keen to collect feedback to improve the learning content,
  • are a networker and know how to build a learning community,
  • are creative and curious,
  • are eager to learn & explore.
  • are fluent in English.

Your responsibilities:

  • analysing, determining and developing of global Fraud learnings for ING & relevant COO staff,
  • analysing the learning needs and create a learning plan,
  • driving the content creation for multiple learning solutions, like instructor-led, Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), webinars, video, eLearning etc. with a primary focus on online/VILT Operations content creation,
  • working together daily with experts in Fraud, as well as with other Academy learning content developers and trainers,
  • organising knowledge transfer sessions with Trainers on the developed content,
  • keeping an eye out for learning trends and developments, best practices, and innovations relevant to (ING’s) Operations practices.
