Job Details

We are looking for you, if you:

  • Are experienced in (re)designing and improving processes in large organizations, especially from financial, data management, IT or any other, similar sector
  • Use in practice various tools related to process mapping (f.eg. in BPMN standard) and process improvement, with focus on transparency and your expert recommendations
  • Have an analytical mindset and experience creating business cases, including quantitative and qualitative analyses,
  • Are Black Belt / Green Belt expert or you have other Process-related certification, with practical experience in optimization project environment (in leading role)
  • Facilitate workshops, both in remote and office work environment, with participants and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including higher level of leadership,
  • Work efficiently in an international environment,
  • Are a self-starter and have a strong track of interpersonal, change management and communication skills,
  • Are a team player with customer-orientated mindset,
  • Would like to work in multinational company with developing exposure on global level and recognition,

English level: C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • Participation and organization of conferences, meetups and other events promoting lean mindset

Your responsibilities:

  • Support for leaders, experts, product managers and process owners
  • Working with individual teams or group of teams in E2E process design, review and improvement
  • Supporting measurement and metrics systems
  • Creating process transparency with process maps, RACI matrix or similiar tools
  • RCA, problem definition and analysis

Information about the squad:

Process Management Expert Team is responsible for E2E Process Improvements, including Process Review, Optimisation, Digitalisation & Automation. As part of Global Process Management function we work globally and locally, expanding professional knowledge, tools and methods - facilitating, teaching and creating learning platforms for colleagues and all Business Partners.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Process Expert IV”
