QR Senior Specialist in Transaction Monitoring Optimisation Investigation (contract for replacement)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our QR team on a temporary basis (replacement contract). This role will focus on reviewing case investigations related to Transaction Monitoring Optimisation Investigation (TMOI), ensuring high standards of quality and compliance are met in a dynamic, project-based environment.

What we’re looking for you if you have:

  • Minimum 4 years of overall professional AML experience, including at least 1 year in Quality Review/ Quality Assurance or assurance activities within the financial sector
  • Experience working across various client segments, such as retail, wholesale, and/or corporate banking
  • Solid understanding of financial crime typologies including money laundering, terrorist financing, and tax evasion
  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, project-oriented setting with competing deadlines
  • Proven experience in complex data analysis, research, and documentation related to TM cases
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and the resilience to operate under pressure
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed quality reviews of investigations, ensuring alignment with internal and regulatory standards
  • Analyze case documentation, transaction data, and investigative outcomes with precision and a critical mindset
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing by organizing lessons learnt sessions and collaborative exchanges
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement, and provide clear and constructive feedback
  • Conduct project management-like activities related to Quality Review reporting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and participate in project-based assignments
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions, ensuring transparency and timely delivery
  • Maintain documentation in line with established procedures and audit expectations

Information about the squad:

The TM Optimisation Investigation team is a global, project-oriented team operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Quality Review team collaborates closely with various stakeholders to drive the consistent and effective execution of project goals across geographies. Through active engagement in cross-functional initiatives, the team supports continuous improvement and ensures alignment with evolving priorities and strategic objectives. Flexibility, responsiveness, and strong communication are key elements of their day-to-day operations.

In parallel, the QR team plays a critical enabling role in safeguarding operational excellence—through activities such as awareness-building around risk comprehension, maintaining alignment between procedural documentation and current practices and contributing to insightful, data-driven reporting. By ensuring high professional standards and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, the team strengthens the foundation for quality across the broader organization.

We can offer the replacement contract for around 1,5-2 years.
