Senior Data Analyst in Risk Area

The expected salary for this position: 9600 – 18000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.



We are looking for you, if you have:

  • at least 3 years of professional experience,
  • hands-on working experience with SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL,
  • working experience in a bank or financial institution,
  • working experience in cooperation with stakeholders, requirements gathering & analysis,
  • knowledge of techniques used in business analysis.

English level - C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • knowledge of Risk aspects in a Bank,
  • knowledge of Compliance in a Bank,
  • knowledge of AML (including screening processes) in a Bank,
  • experience in working with Agile / Scrum,
  • hands-on working experience with one of the visualisation tools eg. Power BI,
  • hands-on working experience with SAS 4GL/Python.

Your responsibilities:

  • performing data analytical activities: reports preparation, sources investigation, automations,
  • performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data,
  • analysis of internal and external regulations,
  • communication with stakeholders, gathering & analysis of the requirements,
  • analysis of the processes and proposals for improvements,
  • preparation of functional documentation.

Information about the team:

We are looking for Senior Data Analyst to join the squad under Integrated Risk Team, which is part of ING Belgium Local Unit. The aim of the team is to modify existing processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency and implement changes related to technologies that are currently used. The squad is also responsible for preparation of risk reports in a prudent way. 

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Data Scientist III".
