You’ll join a highly experienced operations team within ING Bulgaria, a core banking partner to corporate and institutional clients in the local and international market since 1994. The team combines deep local market knowledge with the reach, stability, and standards of a leading global bank.

Working closely with colleagues across Sector Client Coverage, Lending, Centres of Excellence, and global HUBs, you’ll support a wide range of banking activities—from lending and payments to trade finance and financial markets. Roles and responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently while supporting complex products and processes that matter to our clients and the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end‑to‑end operational support for corporate and institutional banking activities, following standard guidelines and procedures

  • Supporting Sector Client Coverage and Sector Lending activities alongside central Deal Execution and Administration HUBs

  • Maintaining and updating limit and facility data in global lending systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinating transaction-related communication and reporting with Centres of Excellence and HUB teams

  • Organising document filing and archiving in full compliance with internal procedures

  • Preparing internal and regulatory reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission

  • Handling documentary trade products such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Collections in line with ICC rules and ING policies

  • Participating in projects and improvement initiatives in addition to daily operational activities

  • Deliver accurate and timely operational support across lending, payments, and trade finance activities

  • Apply structured thinking to handle standard and complex operational processes with care and precision

  • Collaborate effectively with local teams and international stakeholders to resolve queries quickly

  • Follow procedures and regulatory requirements while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately

  • Build strong knowledge of banking products, systems, and operational workflows

  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement and team initiatives
