INTERNSHIP - Procurement

ING Luxembourg is looking for an intern within its Procurement department on an internship contract agreed by the student’s school, starting from January 2026.

Within the Procurement department you will :

  • Bring administrative support within the team on register contracts and related documentation in the procurement tool
  • Bring administrative support in RFP launch, reception and analysis
  • Bring support on ongoing procurement digital projects (interact with different departments within ING Lux and other ING entities)

Profile

Ideally an undergraduate university student, that has a:

  • General knowledge of a procurement / purchasing department
  • Perfect knowledge of English, French as a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Soft skills

  • Well organized and focused on quality and timely delivery;
  • Be open minded
  • Strong analytical & thinking skills and able to work with autonomy;
  • Able to use new IT products and using them wisely;
  • Team player with good social skills and a strong communicator

The student must currently be enrolled in school and be able to provide a school convention. Candidates not able to provide this will not be considered.
