The position of Head of Wealth Experts is a role critical in steering our Wealth Experts and reinforcing our focus on the Wealth segment as a key growth driver for Private Banking. The Wealth segment (clients with assets > €5M) is one of our strategic priorities for the coming years.

The Head of Wealth Experts will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end strategy for the Wealth segment, driving its growth and performance. They will implement a dedicated growth plan for the Wealth segment.

As the most senior dealmaker in Private Banking, the Head of Wealth Experts will ensure high-impact client engagement at the top of the market.

As Head of Wealth Experts you will be responsible for a 360° Wealth scope: from investment solutions to sales and coverage to Wealth advice & planning. You will be the face of Wealth for ING, actively participating to external events and contributing to the growth of awareness of the Wealth segments in the media.

The role will also require strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Heads of Business Development (Private Banking), the Investment Office, Private Banking Zones, Business Banking, Wholesale Banking, and the Family Offices team. By fostering alignment across business lines, the Head of Wealth Experts will generate a positive, organization-wide impact and reinforce our strategic focus on the Wealth segment.
