Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Executive Assistants Team at ING Bank, with a strong focus on internal events coordination, both at national and international level.

You will be part of an expert, collaborative team delivering high‑quality support and solutions across a variety of needs, including:

• Advanced calendar management
• Scheduling complex meetings involving multiple stakeholders, time zones, and seniority levels
• Coordination and support for internal events, workshops, townhalls, and offsites.
• Providing support during peak workload periods or critical business milestones.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑impact initiatives in a dynamic environment, while working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively manage and maintain the agendas of management team members, including scheduling meetings and conference calls
• Organize and coordinate meetings and internal events, ensuring all required materials, logistics, and catering arrangements are in place
• Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support
• Deliver ad‑hoc support for major projects and initiatives as required
• Liaise with Executive Assistants and PAs at international level to ensure alignment and delivery of shared commitments

Proven track record and technical skills:

• Bachelor´s Degree
• 2-3 years’ professional experience, international environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint – proven ability to craft high‑impact executive presentations for senior stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with corporate brand and style guidelines.
• Proficient English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work in an international environment.

• Organizar y coordinar reuniones y eventos internos, asegurando que todo el material necesario, la logística y el catering estén correctamente preparados
• Proporcionar soporte administrativo y organizativo integral
• Ofrecer soporte ad hoc para grandes proyectos e iniciativas cuando sea necesario
• Coordinarte con Executive Assistants y PAs a nivel internacional para asegurar la alineación y el cumplimiento de compromisos compartidos

• Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y organización
• Sólidos conocimientos de Microsoft Office
• Alta competencia en Microsoft PowerPoint: capacidad demostrada para elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas de alto impacto para stakeholders senior, garantizando la alineación con la marca corporativa y las guías de estilo
• Nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional
