Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategic Researcher to join our Future Insights and Design Team of Business Development team.

The responsibility of this team is to conduct high quality quantitative market research on the topics with the greatest uncertainty and develop solutions that are feasible and profitable for the business.

Our way of working is that each team member is capable of developing their projects independently, although we collaborate to combine the knowledge of all team members.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Strategic Researcher you will:

• Conduct quantitative studies to uncover strategic insights
• Carry out quantitative studies, selecting the most appropriate technique and ensuring data reliability
• Connect the dots to create strategies, design services, products, and solutions based on insights
• Co-create consumer strategies and solutions
• Ensure the bank makes decisions based on consumer insights

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within agencies, brands or similar
• Strong applied expertise in survey design and analysis, from questionnaire structure to data interpretation.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced market research quantitative techniques, including MaxDiff, Conjoint/Choice Modeling, segmentation, and similar analytical studies.
• Ability to choose the right methodology for each business question, ensuring robustness, reliability, and actionable outcomes.
• Practical experience managing end‑to‑end fieldwork
• Strong ability to brief, coordinate, and oversee external research suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple suppliers and maintain consistent standards across projects.
• Demonstrated capacity to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable, business‑focused recommendations.
• Ability to connect findings directly to strategic and commercial priorities.
• Strong storytelling skills: synthesizes insights, frames narratives effectively, and guides stakeholders toward confident, data‑driven decisions.
• Ability manage stakeholders effectively

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para ocupar la posición de Strategic Researcher y unirse a nuestro Future Insights and Design Team dentro del equipo de Business Development.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es llevar a cabo investigación cuantitativa de mercado de alta calidad sobre los temas con mayor incertidumbre y desarrollar soluciones que sean viables y rentables para el negocio.

Tus responsabilidades clave:
Como Strategic Researcher, tu rol consistirá en:

• Realizar estudios cuantitativos para descubrir insights estratégicos
• Llevar a cabo estudios cuantitativos, seleccionando la técnica más adecuada y garantizando la fiabilidad de los datos
• Conectar los puntos para crear estrategias, diseñar servicios, productos y soluciones basadas en insights
• Cocrear estrategias y soluciones para personas consumidoras
• Asegurar que el banco toma decisiones basadas en consumer insights

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Al menos 6 años de experiencia en un rol similar dentro de agencias, marcas o similares
• Sólida experiencia aplicada en diseño y análisis de encuestas, desde la estructura del cuestionario hasta la interpretación de datos
• Experiencia práctica con técnicas cuantitativas avanzadas de investigación de mercados, incluyendo MaxDiff, Conjoint/Choice Modeling, segmentación y estudios analíticos similares
• Capacidad para elegir la metodología adecuada para cada pregunta de negocio, garantizando robustez, fiabilidad y resultados accionables
• Experiencia práctica gestionando trabajo de campo de principio a fin
• Gran capacidad para definir briefings, coordinar y supervisar proveedores externos de investigación
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proveedores y mantener estándares consistentes entre proyectos
• Habilidad demostrada para traducir análisis complejos en recomendaciones claras, accionables y enfocadas al negocio
• Capacidad para conectar los hallazgos directamente con prioridades estratégicas y comerciales
• Fuertes habilidades de storytelling: sintetiza insights, estructura narrativas de forma eficaz y guía a los stakeholders hacia decisiones seguras y basadas en datos
• Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders de manera efectiva
