Events & Sponsorships Expert (Fixed Term)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Events & Sponsorships Expert to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of events and sponsorship activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and operational execution of external events and sponsorship activations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Communications, Procurement, DPO, Compliance) and external partners (agencies, suppliers).
• Assist in managing sponsorship opportunities, ensuring correct brand visibility across channels.
• Support logistics, timelines, materials, and on-site activities for events.
• Help track budgets, invoices, and contracts related to events and sponsorships.
• Contribute to post-event reporting and performance analysis.
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistently applied.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Events Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in events, sponsorships, marketing, or communication roles (including internships) – experience in multinational companies or agencies is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn.

Technical Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Fluency in English is a MUST (both spoken and written).
