Aplikuj

At ING, we want to make life simpler and more worthwhile – for everyone who banks with us, for the people who work with us, and for the community at large. We’ve built a culture that’s fun, friendly and supportive – the kind of place where you can be yourself and make the most of whatever you have to offer.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover opportunity offered on a part-time basis (3 days per week). As the PMO Manager for ING Australia’s Core Banking Transformation Program, you will play a pivotal role in one of the bank’s largest transformation initiatives, leading PMO governance, reporting, prioritisation, risk management and performance oversight to support the successful delivery of key modernisation milestones.

Reporting to the Program Director – Core Banking, you will partner with local and global stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes, maintain delivery certainty and ensure adherence to transformation frameworks across the program.

If you're looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity where you can make a significant impact while maintaining flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.

Ready to do your thing? Apply now.

What you’ll do …

  • Lead and support program governance, reporting, and performance tracking across the Core Banking Transformation Program.

  • Support planning, prioritization, milestone management, and delivery oversight to ensure successful execution.

  • Engage and influence local and global stakeholders to maintain alignment, transparency, and decision-making.

  • Support financial management, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and resource optimization.

  • Support vendor management, procurement, and contract governance to ensure compliance and delivery accountability.

  • Enable delivery excellence through risk management, continuous improvement, and PMO best practices.

What we’re looking for….

  • Proven PMO leadership experience within large-scale, complex transformation programs.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Steering Committees, including preparing high-quality papers, board-level reporting packs, presentations, decision papers and governance artefacts.

  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk management and reporting, with experience using ServiceNow and/or similar portfolio management tools.

  •  Expertise in financial management, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial/vendor management.

  • Data-driven approach with strong planning, reporting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Technology transformation and/or financial services experience, with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance.

  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.

  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.
