The Pricing Team designs and governs a customer‑level pricing mechanism grounded in CLTV, prices product‑overarching packages/bundles, and ensures transparent allocation of costs and revenues to product tribes. We develop pricing strategies that optimize custoer value and drive product uptake while preventing churn. We chair the Pricing Committee, bringing a customer perspective to challenge and refine pricing proposals from product tribes - via the lens of long‑term value and responsible pricing.

Who are we looking for

We’re seeking a Customer Journey Expert with deep experience in pricing strategy and CLTV who can translate data, economics, and customer insight into fair, effective, and scalable pricing. You combine commercial acumen with rigorous analysis, understand how propensity, eligibility, and CLTV models inform price and package design, and can shape decision making process across multiple product tribes. You’re are comfortable defining price guardrails and committee standards as well as interrogating model outputs or running experiments to validate willingness‑to‑pay (WTP) and churn risk.

Do you get energy from crafting customer‑level pricing, structuring bundles/packages that increase relevance, and building pricing that balances customer value and sustainable performance? Do you enjoy partnering with data scientists, product owners, marketers, Finance and Risk to turn insights into measurable outcomes? Then this role is for you.

Knowledge and experience

  • 3+ years in pricing, revenue management, growth/performance strategy, product analytics, or related roles (financial services or subscription/marketplace experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of CLTV, price elasticity, segmentation, and bundling economics; ability to translate model outputs (propensity, churn, eligibility) into price decisions
  • Comfortable with analytics tooling (e.g., SQL, dashboards), testing hypothesis; able to simplify complexity and drive evidence‑based decisions
  • Proven ability to establish clear standards and guardrails, and challenging proposals with a customer‑first mindset
  • Hands‑on with experimentation and measurement (incrementality, margin), and cohort/funnel analytics
  • Familiarity with personalization/decisioning platforms or pricing optimization tools is a plus
  • Awareness of fair value principles and responsible pricing practices; able to balance commercial and customer outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder skills: you influence across product tribes, Finance, Risk, and channels
  • You are a self‑starter, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
