As part of the Private Markets team within the Advisory cluster (Discretionary Portfolio Management and Advisory business), we are looking for a skilled Private Markets Associate (Product Manager) to help shape the future of our private markets proposition.

In this role, you will drive the development and improvement of our proposition, ensuring it meets customer needs and maintain our competitive edge in the market. Roles and responsibilities

As a Private Markets Associate, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of investment solutions. Your focus will be on evolving the proposition and driving customer adoption. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including alternative asset management partners, strategy consultants, due diligence partners, investment specialists, and distribution channels to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Your main activities will include:

  • Understanding customer needs, market trends, and translating them into actionable product improvements
  • Driving the strategy for product development from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborating with marketing and distribution teams to enhance product visibility and adoption across multiple channels
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment
  • Analyzing data to continuously optimize the product offering and customer engagement
  • Defining and refining the roadmap for the private markets proposition to meet current and future customer demand
  • Demonstrating attention to detail in day-to-day management of the proposition

What you bring

  • University degree in Finance & Investments or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles within Investments or Alternative Investments
  • Passion for investing and deep understanding of private markets and alternative asset classes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to act and execute on ideas
  • Full proficiency in Englishand currently residing in the Netherlands

  • A salary indication € 4300 – € 7000 based on 36 hours per week
