Tech Track – Build the Future of Digital Banking

Are you a recent graduate or an early-career tech professional with big ambitions and a passion for shaping the future of digital innovation? Join our 18-month International Talent Programme in the Tech track—a development-focused journey designed to accelerate your growth into a future technology expert or leader in banking.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across cutting-edge tech domains, contribute to impactful projects, and collaborate with teams across the organisation. Whether your passion lies in software engineering, cybersecurity, or cloud architecture, this programme offers a tailored path to help you thrive.

What You’ll Bring – Core Competencies

No matter your specialisation, we’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Tech passion: You have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software/Computer Engineering, Mathematics (with programming affinity), or a related field—and a clear drive to innovate through technology.
  • Digital fluency: You’re familiar with modern tech concepts like AI, cloud, APIs, and full-stack development, and eager to apply them in a real-world banking environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset: You understand how tech can enhance customer experience and are motivated to build solutions that are simple, personal, and smart.
  • Growth potential: You’re enthusiastic, collaborative, and humble, with international or extracurricular experience and a maximum of two years of professional experience. You’re fluent in English and eager to learn more about banking and finance.

Choose Your Path – Explore Our Tech Domains

The International Talent Programme (ITP) in Tech consists of three rotations, each lasting six months. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll explore key areas of technology and build a strong foundation for your future career.

Your journey begins with rotations tailored to your interests. You can indicate your preferences for your first assignment, which could include roles such as DevOps Engineer, IT Security Engineer, Java Developer, Cybersecurity Specialist and Architect.

These roles sit at the intersection of tech and business, with a strong emphasis on innovation and impact. Many trainees also choose to go abroad for one of their rotations, gaining international experience.

After completing the programme, you’ll transition into a permanent role tailored to your interests.

What We Offer – Your Growth Starts Here

We offer you a competitive base salary for this starter position, along with paid annual leave, a comprehensive training package, and a permanent contract from day one. As part of the International Talent Programme (ITP), you’ll gain exposure to strategic work across multiple domains, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career.

Throughout the programme, you’ll be part of a vibrant international trainee community, participating in global learning events that cover core banking topics. These events also help you develop essential soft skills like stakeholder management, business partnering, and presentation techniques.

In addition to these global events, we offer a wide range of training opportunities tailored to your personal development needs. These include sessions focused on leadership, personal growth, and professional certifications such as CFA. You’ll decide which trainings best support your goals, in consultation with your manager.

Above all, we provide an open and inclusive environment where your ideas are welcomed and valued. Our culture embraces innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement, all aimed at making banking simpler and more transparent for our customers.
