We are looking for a motivated intern to support our team in organizing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings and client-facing experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that align with the Bank’s top priorities.

Roles and responsibilities
As an intern, you will:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of diverse events (corporate, client, internal)
  • Support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management
  • Help with communication materials and internal briefings
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Ensure smooth follow-up and reporting after events

Do you dispose of…

  •  Event experience and organizational skills
  •  Understanding of communication tools and techniques
  •  Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
  •  Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages
  •  Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);
  •  Project management and problem-solving skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously
  •  Attention to detail and focus
  •  A collaborative and team-mindset
  •  Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities
  •  An eager to learn
