Une journée dans la vie d’un(e) responsable de communication interne

Rédiger, adapter et mettre en forme des contenus pour les canaux internes (emails, intranet, newsletters, présentations), dans le respect de la charte ING
Contribuer à la création de supports visuels simples et de messages informatifs, mobilisateurs ou de reconnaissance
Participer à la préparation, à la coordination et au suivi des campagnes de communication interne avec les parties prenantes
Collecter les informations auprès des équipes projets et managers, préparer des réunions et assurer le reporting
Soutenir les initiatives d’engagement interne et proposer des améliorations pour renforcer l’expérience collaborateur via la communication
