Our day-to-day activity       

  • Develop, implement and manage processes from start to end for Business Banking clients.
  • Initiate change based on feedback from internal stakeholders, customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand and align on objectives around time to the market, effort and value.
  • Responsible for the analysis, identifies and quantifies opportunities for new features and new ideas.
  • Create specifications for IT team and follow up until the development is done and put in production. Make sure that testing is done properly, and customer experience is good.
  • Responsible for the documentation necessary according to internal and external regulations and for the specifications needed to be included in the sales, support and marketing materials.
  • Follow up competition developments and legal requirements and come up with initiatives meant to maintain or improve ING’s competitive advantages.
  • Act as third line of support for customer support & sales department.
  • Take an active role in the QBR planning and execution.
  • Actively participate in AGILE ceremonies of the squad.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong knowledge on processes with focus on customers.
  • User journey design thinking and customer testing across digital services.
  • Capacity to come up with new innovative ideas on automation and digitization of existing flows.
  • Ability to interpret and/or write business documentation and process specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, innovative, problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and work with cross-functional team; capacity to work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Romanian)
  • University degree in related fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in banking & 2+ years proven experience in a similar role.
