Your Main Tasks:
• Set up and preparation of ING warrant plan and ING Fund Option Plan via MyLeo and HESOP platform.
• Proceed periodical Reconciliation of positions.
• Executing cash transfers and payment linked to warrant and FOP sales.
• Managing invoices linked to the contracts/mandates signed between ING BE and third parties (companies).
• Follow up execution of the plans and reminders.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and solving participants/sales team questions and
Issues.
• Maintaining contact with CLT Account managers, Sales Team in BE, Tribe Investment and IT team dedicated to MyLeo/DEFI.
*Assumption only English as language requirement to be validated during project
transition. Knowledge in Dutch and/or in French as language would be an advantage.
• Outperform participants and client’s expectations continuously: the WOW effect
• Going through customer/participants and administrative processes correctly.
• Considering applicable laws and regulations
• Operational handling of customer request
As a Customer Loyalty Team-Member, you will also need:
• A flexible attitude, you will find it no problem to work on Mid-shift
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel.
• You achieve results, even in difficult circumstances
• You work autonomously and feel responsible
• You are proactively looking for new ways to develop yourself
• You are willing to get the necessary (legal) certificates for the job
• You are willing to learn the necessary skills to perform your tasks
