Meet Your Mentors: Deni, Baška, and Maťo

We're a fun and energetic team looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Talent Acquisition Experts. As a valuable team member, you'll dive into various recruitment activities and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and Maintain Candidate Pipelines:Source and attract top talent for various positions.
  • Support Recruitment Activities:Assist with sourcing, screening, and market research.
  • Participate in HR Projects:Get involved in HR initiatives, job fairs, and university collaborations.
  • Enhance Employer Branding:Contribute to effective employer branding campaigns.
  • Utilize Recruiting Platforms:Work with platforms like Alma Career, Profesia, and LinkedIn.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks:Schedule interviews, coordinate assessment centers, and communicate with candidates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:At least 1 year of part-time or full-time experience, preferably in an HR corporate environment.
  • Education:Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of university studies (daily student status) preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Studies, or Personal Management.
  • Skills:Fluent in English, proactive, and eager to learn.

Wage:

  • 6,50 euros/brutto/hour
