Software Asset Management Specialist (replacement contract)

We are looking for you if:

  • you have an analytical mind, you are accurate and pay attention to details and have the ability to find errors,
  • you can create advanced reports in MS Excel,
  • you are willing to challenge the status quo and you are eager to look for improvements,
  • strong decision-making and problem solving skills,
  • you know English & Polish on a good level (speaking, reading and writing),
  • you have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • you want to improve your qualifications and skills,
  • you have higher education (economics, computer science, analytics or related fields),
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment.

You’ll get extra points for:

  • practical skills of data visualization (PowerBI),
  • knowledge about Linux/Windows, operating systems,
  • knowledge of Excel VBA.

Your responsibilities:

  • preparing reports about license utilization,
  • optimization of software usage,
  • contact with internal and external clients in SAM areas.

Information about team:

We’re monitoring usage of licenses and making sure they are used correctly. We provide reports to clients. We support infrastructure in finding the most optimal licensing solutions. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Consultant II”.

Fixed term contract (replacement) for about 1,5 year.
