Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analystto join our Strategy Team of Human Connection tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to support strategy development and decision-making within the tribe by providing relevant data and advice, as well as monitoring the budget, and our way of working is Agile

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, you will be:

• Managing and controlling the annual budget for the contact center, ensuring alignment with financial targets and operational needs.
• Analyzing customer behavior and interaction patterns to identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimization.
• Understanding cross-channel customer journeys to support the design of an integrated service model.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine a service delivery model that balances customer satisfaction with financial performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, Engenieering, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role.

• Full proficiency in Excel and SQL. Knowledge of SAS will be considered an asset.
• Strong financial background with proven experience in budget management, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Provide financial insights on workforce strategies to optimize cost and resource allocation.
• Expertise in reporting and performance tracking across operational and financial KPIs.
• Ability to generate actionable customer insights through data analysis and visualization.
• Advance English is required to work with international team.

En ING estamos buscando un/a Data Analyst

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para incorporarse como Data Analyst a nuestro equipo de Strategy dentro del tribe Human Connection.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es apoyar el desarrollo de la estrategia y la toma de decisiones dentro del tribe, proporcionando datos relevantes y asesoramiento, así como haciendo seguimiento del presupuesto. Nuestra forma de trabajar es Agile.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Data Analyst, serás responsable de:

• Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto anual del contact center, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos financieros y las necesidades operativas.
• Analizar el comportamiento de las personas clientas y los patrones de interacción para identificar oportunidades de mejora del servicio y optimización de costes.
• Comprender los customer journeys multicanal para apoyar el diseño de un modelo de servicio integrado.
• Colaborar con equipos cross-functional para desarrollar y perfeccionar un modelo de prestación de servicios que equilibre la satisfacción de las personas clientas con el rendimiento financiero.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Titulación universitaria en Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Estadística, Informática o similar.
• Al menos 3-4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
• Dominio completo de Excel y SQL. Se valorará el conocimiento de SAS.
• Sólida experiencia financiera con trayectoria demostrada en gestión presupuestaria, previsiones y análisis de costes.
• Capacidad para aportar insights financieros sobre estrategias de workforce para optimizar costes y asignación de recursos.
• Experiencia en reporting y seguimiento del rendimiento a través de KPIs operativos y financieros.
• Capacidad para generar insights accionables sobre personas clientas mediante análisis y visualización de datos.
• Se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés para trabajar con un equipo internacional.
