Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT & Cyber Risk Specialist to join our IT & Cyber Risk Area Team of CISO

The responsibility of this team is to ensure that ING's activities are in line with regulatory and internal requirements and run smoothly in such a way that it can be demonstrated to the internal stakeholders, regulators and the outside world and our way of working is through in-depth collaboration with our business partners and our tech colleagues as well as with our 2LoD and 3rd LoD colleagues

Your key responsibilities:

As an IT & Cyber Risk Business Control Specialist you will:

- Participate in designated projects, developments, or business initiatives, challenging and advising on information risks.

- Participate and challenge in risk assessments on projects, developments or business initiatives to make sure proactive risk management is adhered to.

- Be a trusted advisor towards IT teams.

- Challenge and periodically report upon the risks of key strategic programs and projects.

- Monitor and build the relevant reporting/dashboard for the key risks of the business.

- Create and publish ad-hoc risk analysis, risk papers, and risk reports with fact-finding, research, and documenting activities.

- Monitor and challenge stakeholders to make sure IT Deliveries are secure and compliant. In other words, to make sure security is embedded in the initiatives lyfecycle

- Train IT DevOps engineers making sure security and risk are embedded in the IT squad.

- Proven experience (2-5 years) in both IT Security and Risk, and are passionate about Information Security.

- Track record as IT (Security) expert, Information Risk management

- Good knowledge of Banking business, processes, procedures and systems.

- Collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and geographical lines.

- Problem analysis, judgment, persuasiveness as three of your main competencies next to investigative and learning ability, planning and organizing skills and you are always anticipating the business' situation.

- Ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues and senior management.

- Ability to be firm when needed and show flexibility when possible.

- Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment.

- University Degree or equivalent.

- Professional education and multiple international certifications for Information (Technology) (e.g., ISC2, ISACA accreditations).

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de IT & Cyber Risk Area dentro de CISO como IT & Cyber Risk Specialist.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es garantizar que las actividades de ING estén alineadas con los requisitos regulatorios e internos y se desarrollen de manera que pueda demostrarse ante las partes interesadas internas, reguladores y el exterior. Nuestra forma de trabajar se basa en una colaboración profunda con nuestras/os socias/os de negocio y colegas tecnológicos, así como con nuestras/os colegas de 2LoD y 3ª LoD.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como IT & Cyber Risk Business Control Specialist deberás:

Participar en proyectos, desarrollos o iniciativas de negocio designadas, desafiando y asesorando sobre riesgos de información.
Participar y cuestionar evaluaciones de riesgos en proyectos, desarrollos o iniciativas de negocio para asegurar una gestión proactiva del riesgo.
Ser una persona de confianza y asesoramiento para los equipos de IT.
Desafiar y reportar periódicamente los riesgos de programas y proyectos estratégicos clave.
Monitorizar y construir los informes/dashboard relevantes sobre los riesgos clave del negocio.
Crear y publicar análisis de riesgos ad hoc, documentos y reportes con actividades de investigación y documentación.
Monitorizar y desafiar a las partes interesadas para asegurar que las entregas de IT sean seguras y cumplan con la normativa. En otras palabras, garantizar que la seguridad esté integrada en el ciclo de vida de las iniciativas.
Formar a ingenieras/os DevOps para asegurar que la seguridad y el riesgo estén integrados en el squad de IT.

Experiencia demostrada (2-5 años) tanto en IT Security como en Risk, y pasión por la Seguridad de la Información.
Trayectoria como experta/o en IT (Security), gestión de riesgos de información.
Buen conocimiento del negocio bancario, procesos, procedimientos y sistemas.
Habilidades de colaboración y capacidad para trabajar a través de líneas funcionales y geográficas.
Análisis de problemas, juicio y persuasión como tres de tus principales competencias, junto con capacidad investigadora y de aprendizaje, habilidades de planificación y organización, y anticipación a la situación del negocio.
Capacidad para ganarse la confianza y el respeto de clientes, colegas y alta dirección.
Capacidad para ser firme cuando sea necesario y mostrar flexibilidad cuando sea posible.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y buen juicio.
Titulación universitaria o equivalente.
Formación profesional y múltiples certificaciones internacionales en Información (Tecnología) (por ejemplo, acreditaciones ISC2, ISACA).
Nivel fluido de inglés (escrito y hablado).
