  • Perform data quality checks in SNOW PPM and ensure accurate status updates in Azure DevOps and other tooling.
  • Take part of the monthly C&T Group Staff PFM community meeting and share inputs of our way of working with other portfolio managers. As well as take in best practices from other portfolio managers.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Tribe Lead and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Stay connected with all Product Leads (and chapter leads where applicable) to maintain a clear view of tribe-wide developments and dependencies.
  • Represent the tribe in global or cross-tribe forums when needed.
  • Support the Financial Controller with ad hoc requests related to cost and service allocations.

Training & Onboarding Approach

The onboarding of a new Tribe Lead Champion follows a structured, hands-on learning approach:
Quarter 1: Shadowing phase – the new joiner accompanies the current role holder in all meetings and preparations.
Quarter 2: Transition phase – the new joiner takes the lead while being shadowed and coached.
Quarter 3: Independent phase – the new joiner operates independently with full ownership of responsibilities.
This approach ensures a steep learning curve and fosters ownership, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the tribe’s dynamics. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and naturally interested in the tribe’s mission and operations.

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership, business management, or portfolio coordination role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment.
