ING is looking to recruit an Identity and Access management Expert for HR Assets (NL and Global) within the People Services domain.

Job description:

The Identity and Access Management Expert for HR oversees the creation of one digital identity per individual, by defining and managing the roles and access privileges of individual network users and the circumstances in which users are granted or denied those privileges. Maintains, modifies and monitors this identity through changes in the user's circumstances.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement required digital identity and access measures, monitoring performance to notify experts of any problems.
  • Provide support and guidance on executing IAM and achieving and maintaining compliance
  • Facilitate business process owners and asset owners in Identity and Assess management related changes
  • Support IAM Key Control Owners in testing and monitor IAM related high-risk iRisk Key Control Test findings and other findings
  • Create SOLL and SOLL – Ist comparisons according to the regulatory necessity for the different assets.
  • Improve IAM by implementing the IAM Target Operating Model and liase with Global IAM on best practices and lessons learned
  • Advise on role creation, maintenance and deletion based on requirements from business owners, operational line managers, role owners and asset owners and in accordance with the user access model towards CoE IAM Market Leaders and Global
  • Administer and maintain role data model and roles in IAM tooling (e.g. ETL).
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to IAM processes and user access model (e.g. monitoring the timely execution of management reviews of user access rights).

Who are we looking for?
You have a background in Identity Access Management and/or User Access Management

Understanding of Non-Financial Risk processes is a pre.  

Experience and Knowledge

  • University education (first degree)   
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of IAM policies and standards
  • Experience with IAM processes and tooling

  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to craft recommendations into the business language of the relevant stakeholders
  • The ability to speak confidently on technical subjects and system functional and non-functional configuration, managing a large and complex stakeholder map
  • A high degree of personal motivation, resilience and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Results Orientation as evidenced by a track record of delivering solutions which routinely exceed the business process expectations.
