We’re seeking a visionary leader in Data Analytics and AI to accelerate the future of our Retail Bank. As part of the Customer Interactions Tribe within the Growth Tribe, you’ll lead the development and execution of data-driven capabilities that power personalised customer experiences, smarter decisioning, and operational excellence. This role is central to how we connect with customers, anticipate their needs, and deliver differentiated value.

As Product Area Lead – Advanced Analytics & Intelligent Solutions, you’ll drive a multi-year analytics and AI strategy that transforms core Retail Banking processes and outcomes. You’ll guide teams to shape and deliver advanced analytics, machine learning, and intelligent solutions—embedding them into journeys across lending, deposits, engagement, and service. Your leadership will influence strategy at the highest levels while also enabling hands-on delivery that achieves measurable, commercial results.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the multi‑year analytics and AI roadmap for Retail, embedding advanced analytics and machine learning into core customer and operational processes.
  • Own the analytics P&L, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable commercial outcomes aligned to Retail priorities.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of analytics solutions across lending, deposits, engagement, and service.
  • Translate business challenges into data‑led, actionable solutions, influencing executive decision‑making.
  • Build alignment across product, risk, operations, and technology while uplifting analytics capability across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strategic, future‑focused analytics leader with deep expertise in advanced analytics, AI, and ML.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (GCP or Azure).
  • Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary analytics teams, including managers of managers.
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and owning P&L.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at executive levels.
