Apply now

When you come to work at ING, you’re joining a modern and progressive team where individuality isn’t just accepted, it’s encouraged. You’ll be surrounded by people who are friendly, inclusive and respectful, who want you to reach your potential. It’s one of the many reasons we’re proud to be an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.

We’re on a hunt for an experienced Client and Credit Analyst who comes from an extensive credit assessment and client relationship management background to join our Commercial Property Finance team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing a diverse commercial property loan portfolio, supporting clients ranging from property funds and developers to high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be responsible for credit writing, deal proposals, and client engagement, working closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to drive portfolio growth and support new lending opportunities. While administrative tasks are part of the role, you’ll be able to focus on higher-value activities with support from the Lending Support team. You’ll collaborate with other team members in the Commercial Property Finance team and engage directly with clients on transactions typically ranging from $5M to $100M.

We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with a diverse mix of clients. The ideal candidate will bring excellent credit writing and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex transactions and contribute meaningfully to deal proposals and portfolio growth. You’ll be comfortable engaging with brokers and stakeholders, collaborating across teams, and balancing day-to-day portfolio management with strategic lending support. A proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest in progressing toward a Relationship Manager role will set them up for success in this dynamic and growing part of ING’s Business Banking team.
