We’re looking for a Mortgage Pricing Manager (internally known as Customer Journey Expert – Mortgage Pricing) to join our Pricing & Profitability team. What you’ll do

  • Support mortgage pricing strategies across fixed and variable products
  • Own home loan rate changes end‑to‑end, continually improving the rate‑change process and journey
  • Deliver pricing analysis, reporting and forecasting to support commercial decision‑making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior‑level presentations
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset suited to a fast‑paced, competitive environment

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance
  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
  • An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
