Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Change, the Portfolio Management Lead will support the organization to realise value from its investment portfolio through adopting best-in-class portfolio management.

As a Lead you will manage the operating cadence of portfolio governance including annual, quarterly and monthly cycles ensuring timely communications with stakeholders.

You’ll own and manage the QBR and ExCo Obeya, supporting BUs, Tribes, and COEs in quarterly planning aligned to the strategic roadmap, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.

What you’ll do …

  • Implement global and local standards for program funding, initiation, execution, and closure in alignment with ING’s Change Initiative Policy and Reference Model.

  • Use standardized tools and templates to communicate portfolio mobilization and delivery performance to Executive, Board, and global stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain a portfolio-wide roadmap with key milestones and critical dependencies, leveraging global toolsets for transparency and alignment.

  • Manage Monthly Portfolio Walls, ExCo Obeya, and QBR cycles to support continuous planning and delivery, in collaboration with BUs, Tribes, COEs, and Technology Heads.

  • Partner with OWOW and Delivery Leads to continuously improve portfolio management practices, while monitoring and reporting cross-tribe risks and dependencies.

What we’re looking for…

  • Experience in managing a Transformation / Program Management Office

  • 5+ years Project Management experience, Finance or Tech background preferred

  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.

  • Proven practitioner experiences working with Agile & Lean practices and change management

  • Experience in leading and building teams

  • Business, Accounting, related degree or equivalent
