ING is proud to be recognised as Australia’s most recommended bank. We pride ourselves on being prudent, honest, and responsible in all that we do. As a Senior Manager, Continuity & Resilience Lead, you’ll be part of ING’s COO division, leading a team of two and driving business continuity and resilience strategies across the whole bank.  You will play a critical role in ensuring ING can anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptive events, safeguarding business continuity across the organization.

You will collaborate with risk, compliance, senior and executive-level stakeholders to strengthen ING’s resilience framework. Your expertise in CPS230, crisis management, and risk mitigation will drive critical safeguarding initiatives across the organization.

This role would suit a seasoned business continuity risk specialist with experience implementing CPS230, who has the capacity to engage executive stakeholders, drive crisis preparedness and drive operational resilience across the bank.
