The expected salary for:

senior specialist position: 9600 - 22 000PLN

expert position: 13 000 - 28 000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you:

  • You have strong Python skills and a solid software engineering background

  • You have experience building microservices and APIs (REST / gRPC), including asynchronous programming

  • You design and build distributed, cloud‑based systems, preferably on GCP

  • You are familiar with LLMs and agentic AI concepts, including multi‑agent systems and orchestration frameworks

You'll get extra points for:

  • Hands‑on experience with agentic frameworks such as ADK, LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI

  • Practical work with LLMs, RAG systems and vector databases (e.g. Gemini, Claude)

  • Experience with production‑grade deployments, observability or event‑driven architectures

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, build and scale agentic AI solutions from concept to production

  • Develop and maintain multi‑agent frameworks and orchestrate interactions between agents

  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, product owners and domain experts in a newly formed squad

  • Ensure solutions are robust, scalable and production‑ready, following software engineering best practices

ING Analytics is building high-scale GenAI solutions to unload and automate business processes workloads.


The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III” or "Engineer IV" depends on your experience.
