We are looking for you, if you:

  • Possess substantial knowledge in credit risk,
  • Have substantial experience in the field of data governance,
  • Got experience in the preparation and maintenance of the policy documents,
  • Have excellent senior stakeholder management skills,
  • Are able to proactively and independently identify problems, analyze key information and make connections, in order to bring solutions to senior management,
  • Are self-organized, dedicated to deliver valuable work with your squad,
  • Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English,
  • Are familiar with Agile environment, and you know how to make it a real part of your job,
  • Have ability to quickly adopt to change, be flexible and still complete your tasks.

You'll get extra points for:

  • statistical modelling experience

English level: C1

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the policy house and prepare the policy documents,
  • Introduction and upkeeping of the standards regarding data use within the organization,
  • Identifying and solving issues in data governance,
  • Driving the committees and act independently as a representative in “steering” committees,
  • Maintaining a close cooperation with different senior stakeholders,
  • Participate in projects within the organization as an expert with extensive experience or act as a workstream lead within those projects.

Information about the squad:

You will be part of the Data & Reporting area within Data department which is part of COO Risk. This is a part of Risk Hub – a business unit which main aim is to shape the future of risk modelling and data analysis in Poland. We are also part of global, cross-location tribe Data & Reporting, we have colleagues in Amsterdam, Warsaw and Manila.

You will play a role of Data Governance Expert, closely cooperating with another expert with similar position, working on producing and maintaining data governance within the organisation. You will work closely with other data teams, model development, methodology team and other stakeholders. You will report to Chapter Lead – Data Capabilities.
