General information:

We’re looking for professional willing to take ownership of our investment operations with emphasis on ensuring data reliability, accuracy, and its readiness for daily use. In this role, you’ll oversee data creation, reconciliation, enrichment, and usage across a wide range of investment instruments. You’ll play a key part in managing daily pricing, ensuring our models work as expected, and keeping all limits and key controls up to date. You’ll also handle the full lifecycle of corporate actions portfolio and make sure our data stays consistent across our systems’ universe. If you enjoy working with complex datasets and workflows, solving problems at their root and contributing to enhancements and improvements - this role is for you.

Your main responsibilities

  • you supervise and oversee all data creation, validation, and enrichment processes, you support the team responsible for creating, validating, and maintaining static data for a wide range of investment instruments (fixed income, equities, derivatives)
  • you manage daily IBOR pricing cycles, including vendor feeds and validation rules,  you lead root‑cause analyses for recurring data issues
  • you govern IBOR pricing models and tolerance thresholds, you perform oversight on quality checks (tolerance checks, stale price checks)
  • you supervise and oversee pre‑ and post‑trade limits configuration, validate and approve coding, and conduct periodic testing of investment limits in the OMS
  • you supervise and oversee IBOR consistency versus other data sources
  • you supervise and oversee the end‑to‑end processing of a wide set of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (including rights issues, tenders, etc.)
  • you work closely with the reconciliation team on data discrepancies

Our requirements

  • you have 2+ years experience in middle office team, trade operations, custody or asset servicing
  • you have a good understanding of trade lifecycle processes for all type of asset classes
  • you possess strong understanding and practical experience with financial instruments (instrument structures and data governance) and valuation principles
  • you are experienced with working with market data vendors (i.e. Bloomberg / Refinitive data) and with custodians
  • you have understanding and practical experience of asset servicing mechanisms, including corporate actions (mandatory & voluntary events)
  • you have knowledge and practical experience with OMS and 3rd party trade processing supporting platforms (OMGEO, DTC Trade Suite, MarginSphere, MarkitWire etc.)
  • you are able to work under time pressure and make decisions under tight deadlines
  • you are excellent at problem solving and focus on processes automation and enhancements
  • you speak Polish fluently (C1 level at least)
  • you have a good level of English (daily communication with offshore team)

Additional assets

  • you know Blackrock Aladdin platform
  • you are experienced with OMS systems implementation, participation in services / processes transition projects
  • you are experienced with working with offshore team
