General information:

n this role, you take full ownership of ensuring that all portfolio reconciliations are performed independently, accurately, and on time. You oversee the work delivered by our offshore team - making sure cash management, breaks’ resolution, and daily reconciliations meet the expected standards. You’ll act as the first point of escalation whenever delivery deadlines, quality, or data integrity are at risk.

You’ll continuously look for ways to enhance workflows, strengthen controls, and ensure all key checks are properly executed and documented.

Your main responsibilities

  • you supervise and oversee daily cash, position, derivatives, and price reconciliations
  • you supervise and oversee daily cash management processes
  • you investigate discrepancies using multiple data sources and lead periodic reconciliation reviews and break‑trend analysis
  • you provide independent control over IBOR data
  • you track, escalate, and document breaks in line with policy

Our requirements

  • you have 2+ years experience in middle office team, trade operations, custody or asset servicing
  • you understand trade lifecycle processes for all types of asset classes
  • you have knowledge and practical experience with reconciliation processes (including cash, positions, and derivatives)
  • you have knowledge and practical experience in cash and liquidity management
  • you have practical experience working with custodians and brokers/counterparties
  • you have knowledge and hands‑on experience with OMS and 3rd‑party trade‑processing platforms (such as OMGEO, DTC Trade Suite, MarginSphere, MarkitWire, etc.)
  • you are able to work under time pressure and make decisions under tight deadlines
  • you demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills and focus on process automation and improvements
  • you speak Polish fluently (C1 level at least)
  • you have a good command of English (daily communication with the offshore team)

Additional assets

  • you know Blackrock Aladdin platform
  • you are experienced with OMS systems implementation, participation in services/ processes transition projects
  • you are experienced working with offshore team
