Introduction
ING’s Early Career Group (ECG) is a best-in-class program providing junior talent the opportunity to develop into well-rounded investment bankers by gaining exposure across Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA). Through a combination of structured rotations, high-quality training, and hands-on transaction experience, you will build the skills needed to become a future investment banking professional.
Your home base will be Debt & Capital Advisory (D&CA), where you will work on complex and high-impact financing and advisory assignments for corporate and sponsor clients across EMEA.

The Team
Debt & Capital Advisory (D&CA) forms part of Corporate Finance alongside Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM). The team plays a key role in the origination and execution of debt advisory and transformational financings, including loans, bonds, private placements, equity and hedging solutions.
As a D&CA Analyst, you will be part of an enthusiastic and highly driven team based in Amsterdam and work closely with colleagues across Frankfurt, London, Brussels, Madrid, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York. You will collaborate with sector coverage teams and product specialists across ING, including M&A, Global Capital Markets, Financial Markets, Loan Distribution Group, Sustainable Finance, Lending and Corporate Investments.
During the ECG program, you will complete two six-month rotations across Advisory, Capital Markets and Structuring, acquiring broad exposure to CMA activities while contributing directly to transaction origination, structuring, execution and distribution.
