As an intern in the Global Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (GFCFP) function, you contribute to keeping our clients a safe and secure, by protecting them and the system against Fraudulent activities and Financial Economic Crime.

The team The Business Performance Office team works across all respective areas on governance, organizational design, management information, reporting, dynamic planning/finance, communications, and people-related programs. You will be actively involved in financials, management information and reporting and work closely with team members from Netherlands, Poland and Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Performance Office team and Finance on FTE and EUR variance analysis, helping explain deviations between forecast, budget, and actuals.
  • Enable accurate and timely rolling forecast submissions, ensuring data completeness, alignment, and consistency across domains.
  • Assist in maintaining finance and FTE dashboards, improving transparency and data quality.
  • Follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of inputs, actions, and reporting data, and support alignment to ensure consistency & completeness.
  • Support charging definitions and clear documentation of charging methodologies and volumes per GFCFP service.
  • Develop and maintain FAQ documents to minimize recurring questions and prevent misinterpretation, enhance ease of use for service recipients
  • Maintain and improve the GFCFP Support Portal, ensuring charging information is: - clearly structured, easy to understand and aligned with official agreements toward groupmembers.

Qualifications:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in strategy & change, improvement, (financial) data and connecting people.
  • You have a ‘can do mentality’, are analytical, organized, proactive, resourceful and a strong communicator.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and as a team member. You need to be able to manage your own work.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
