Apply now

We’re hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner – Technology & Risk to join ING’s Tech Finance team. In this high-impact role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, help steer a technology cost base of around €250 million, and turn complexity into clear insights, strong business cases and better decisions. If you enjoy combining strategic business partnering with hands-on analysis—and want to help modernise finance through data, AI and automation—this is an opportunity to make visible impact in a fast-moving environment. Location: the Netherlands, Poland or Romania.

The team

The Tech Finance team partners with ING’s Global Tech organisation to enable better, faster and more confident business decisions through sharp analysis, forward-looking insight and trusted advice. As Tech plays a central role in delivering ING’s ambition to be a leading digital bank, this team operates close to strategic priorities, AI-driven innovation and real business impact.

Because the team is small, agile and highly visible, this role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence decisions that matter. We are continuously looking for smarter ways of working, so we can focus our time where it adds the most value: shaping the business, improving performance and driving better outcomes.
