Your main responsibilities

  • You and the team strategize an execute the digital commercial leverage towards our (hidden)-affluent customers and prospects
  • Lead and inspire a team of digital experts to create high-quality, engaging content and experiences that strengthen client relationships.
  • Define and execute the vision for digital after-sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive performance and innovation, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate across tribes and functions to deliver seamless experiences that empower clients to make sound investment decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and analytics, ensuring measurable impact and continuous optimization.
  • Develop and implement go to market strategies for (new) products and services, including the definition of unique selling points and market positioning.   

What we are looking for

Your profile:

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A passion for storytelling and a creative approach to content creation
  • A deep understanding of investments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • A few years of experience in (digital) marketing and/or management is a plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • NL-FR-ENG: sufficient skills to communicate orally and in writing in these 3 languages
  • You are familiar or can quickly familiarize yourself with digital programs and techniques: SEO, SEA, CMS, Emailing programs, UX principles, Adobe analytics...
  • A positive and pragmatic mindset and a good team spirit
