The Brainport Eindhoven region attracts thousands of international professionals every year. For ING, this fast-growing expat community represents a unique opportunity to expand our reach and strengthen our position as a trusted financial partner for internationals relocating to the Netherlands.

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial intern to help us identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase ING’s market share within the Brainport expat market.

What will you do?

  • Research the financial needs, behaviors, and decision-making processes of expats moving to the Netherlands.
  • Analyze opportunities to grow ING’s presence and market share within the Brainport region.
  • Explore partnerships with expat centers, relocation agencies, and local business networks.
  • Develop commercial and marketing initiatives targeting international knowledge workers.
  • Support pilot projects, events, and lead-generation activities.
  • Translate your insights into a practical growth strategy and implementation plan.

Who are you?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
  • Interested in international communities and customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
