At ING Hubs Spain we are looking for an IT Integrator – Financial Markets

Your role and work environment:

Financial Markets and Group Treasury (FM/GT) is the Bank’s gateway to professional markets worldwide. Our primary function is to service the needs of ING’s clients with products, services, and guidance. FM aims to be a significant player in our leading and challenger markets, with an additional presence in major international markets and specialist expertise in selected emerging markets and products.

The FM> Tribe is the change delivery department of Financial Markets (‘FM’) and Group Treasury (‘GT’), with a purpose to realize our clients’ ambitions by connecting them to global markets, providing financial solutions, and delivering long-lasting value.

You will be part of a team of IT Integrators in the Financial Markets and Group Treasury tribe (FM>). The IT Integrator is a senior role in the tribe. As an IT Integrator, you’ll manage and coordinate large initiatives, bridging different parties to achieve results. Your success is not based on your hierarchical position, but based on your strong communication and collaboration skills, your results delivered, and your added value for ING and for the teams you work with.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You drive complex changes and have a strong delivery drive to get things done
  • You demonstrate understanding of IT concepts and have significant knowledge of the IT landscape
  • You define and align the roadmaps between squads and other stakeholders in the organization and thoroughly manage dependencies
  • You set up a clear governance and reporting structure to steer the progress of many different stakeholders and teams
  • You guide and challenge squads and other stakeholders when making implementation choices
  • You understand the power of truly cross-functional teams, and can work alongside engineers, senior managers, and colleagues from different disciplines, to create a common goal and get the most out of all the expertise at the table.
  • You coordinate the end-to-end-tests and activation of the new IT solutions
  • You continuously improve the working practices of the tribe, while providing a positive and safe environment for our people to learn from their mistakes and from each other
