Senior Pega Developer (Engineer III)

As a Senior Pega Developer joining our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and optimization of complex Pega applications. Building upon your extensive experience, you will lead the implementation of sophisticated workflows, ensuring the scalability, performance and adherence to best practices.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic decision-making processes, and mentoring junior developers. As a seasoned professional, you possess the ability to troubleshoot intricate issues, optimize Pega applications, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our development environment.

In this role, you will stay abreast of the latest advancements in the Pega platform and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into our projects for enhanced innovation.

Your expertise in optimizing and fine-tuning Pega applications, combined with a deep understanding of the development life cycles, positions you as a key influencer within our team. Qualifications:

·3-5 years or more of hands-on experience in Pega Development

·Pega Certification: Certified System Architect (CSA) / Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – preferred but not mandatory

·Experience with designing and implementing Pega Case Types

·Knowledge of Pega integration techniques

·Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.

·Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects.

·Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding.

·Experienced working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution

·Able to bring all ideas/opinions to one conclusion to help make decisions.

·Up to date with new Technology and have a deep understanding of when to use it.

·Humble in approach and not afraid to be wrong.

·Proud of what they do and enjoy sharing this with your external network.
