Role Summary

As a Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for managing end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance management operations and supporting payroll activities.

  • Execute, validate, and coordinate compensation, benefits, performance management, and payroll processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of enrollments, payroll transactions, terminations, reconciliations, reporting requirements, and audit-related activities.
  • Ensure process accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies, controls, requirements, governance standards, and service level agreements.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Local People Services, payroll vendors, benefits providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and service excellence.
  • Lead the resolution of complex payroll issues, discrepancies, escalations, and operational risks through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, and service enhancements to improve employee and stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories, support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities, and coach team members on BAU operations and best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance, facilitate stakeholder discussions, provide strategic recommendations, manage workload distribution, and proactively escalate risks and dependencies.

    What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 to 5 years of payroll and benefits operations experience, with strong exposure to end-to- end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, payroll validation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, employee inquiries, and year-end activities.
  • Experience supporting multi-country payroll operations, preferably across APAC, Europe, or other international regions.
  • Background in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), BPO, SSO, or outsourced payroll environments is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis skills, with demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation, and payroll reporting.
  • Solid understanding of payroll governance, internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy, and the handling of confidential employee information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
