At ING, you'll join a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture where your expertise is valued and your ideas can make a real impact.

As Liquidity Risk Manager within our Market Risk team, you'll play a critical role in helping the bank maintain a strong and sustainable liquidity and funding position, working at the intersection of risk, treasury and strategy. What you'll do

  • Support the development and ongoing enhancement of liquidity and funding risk frameworks, policies and risk appetite.

  • Design, execute and analyse liquidity stress testing to assess risk exposures under a range of market scenarios.

  • Deliver timely and insightful liquidity and funding risk reporting to senior management, committees and regulators.

  • Provide independent review and challenge of liquidity risk management practices and assumptions.
