General information:

We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead our end-to-end investment operations. This role ensures strong operational controls, high-quality data, and efficient support for portfolio management, trading, risk, and compliance. You’ll oversee a distributed model with onshore and offshore teams, align processes with global standards, and drive automation and continuous improvement. You’ll also be the main point of contact for custodians, depositaries, fund administrators, and regulators, while managing vendor relationships and system integrations.

Your main responsibilities

  • lead the full investment operations function, including Data Management & IBOR maintenance, Trade Management & Asset Servicing, Reconciliation
  • supervise onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear roles, knowledge sharing, quality output, and SLA compliance
  • manage vendor relationships and contracts (OMS platform provider, offshore service partners)
  • develop and optimize the operating model and team structure
  • define and implement KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks
  • drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
  • provide operational input for system implementations, migrations, and integration projects

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in investment operations or middle-office within asset management, fund administration or custody
  • higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • strong knowledge of:
  • experience managing multidisciplinary teams (onshore/offshore)
  • familiarity with regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, EMIR, ESMA, KNF)
  • practical experience with shared service delivery models and SLA/OLA management
  • proven leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams
  • excellent communication skills and fluent English

Nice to Have

  • knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin
  • experience with OMS implementations and transition projects
  • previous collaboration with offshore teams
