Role & Responsibilities
As an intern, you will join the AI Chapter within Wholesale Banking Lending and support the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions across lending use cases.

You are passionate about applying AI to real-world problems and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy experimenting, solving problems, and working with data and technology to create impact.

You will contribute to ongoing initiatives across the AI portfolio, including data extraction, AIOps, and Generative AI solutions, while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise AI delivery.

The team
The AI Chapter is part of the Wholesale Banking Lending Tech organization and focuses on developing and scaling AI-driven capabilities across lending.

The team works closely with engineering squads, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions that improve efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.

As an intern, you will contribute to multiple initiatives within the AI portfolio, gaining exposure to different use cases and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and experimentation of AI / Generative AI use cases
  • Contribute to data extraction and transformation pipelines
  • Assist in AIOps and automation initiatives
  • Support the design and evaluation of AI-driven workflows and agent-based solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
  • Translate business problems into data-driven / AI-enabled solutions
  • Document findings, experiments, and insights to support knowledge sharing

How to succeed:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in applied AI / GenAI / machine learning
  • Experience with Python and data processing
  • Familiarity with APIs, LLMs, or ML frameworks is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable working in an international environment where English is the working language
