The mission

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert is responsible for supporting the execution and continuous improvement of Identity & Access Management processes, ensuring that access to systems and data is provisioned, maintained, and revoked in accordance with business requirements, internal security standards, and regulatory obligations.

The role contributes to maintaining secure, compliant, and efficient access management practices across the organization. It requires collaboration with IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between access requirements and security policies.

Your day to day

The role operates within the Identity & Access Management function and supports:

  • Identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver)

  • User access provisioning and deprovisioning

  • Access control monitoring and enforcement

  • IAM operational processes and improvements

In your day-to-day work, you will:

  • Execute and identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding

  • Provision, modify, and revoke access rights in accordance with approved requests and policies

  • Monitor access rights and ensure compliance with defined access control standards

  • Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, requests, and issues

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models

  • Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of IAM procedures and guidelines

  • Deliver IAM trainings/awareness sessions

  • Participate in audit and control activities, including evidence collection and remediation tracking

  • Identify, analyze, and escalate access-related risks, control gaps, and policy deviations

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support secure and efficient access to systems

What you'll bring to the team

Experience, skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Experience in IT environment, preferably in Identity & Access Management, IT Security, or User Access Management

  • Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts (identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization)

  • Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g. One Identity, ServiceNow, CyberArk) is considered an advantage

  • Experience in handling operational processes and working with ticketing systems is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge in Networking is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of scripting

  • Language skills: good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
