We are looking for a motivated and analytically strongMediorCredit Risk Reporting Analystwho is eager to grow and contribute to ING Belgium’sportfolio-widecredit risk insights. You will support reporting activities across all credit portfolios,from Private Individuals to Business Banking to WholesaleBanking,and help ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of our core risk reporting.

As part of the CFO domain, you will join the internationalCoEReportingteam, which provides highquality and datadriven reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including theNational Bank of Belgium, theEuropean Central Bank, senior management, and risk committees. As amember of the Credit Risk Reporting team, you will work closely with your squad, credit risk expertsand portfolio managers to deliver robust, automated, and insightful reporting that supports effective risk management and decisionmaking.

Your key responsibilities

Portfolio-Wide Credit Risk Reporting

  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of regular andad-hoccredit risk reports across ING Belgium portfolios.

  • Assistin delivering coreportfolio-widereporting, including loan loss provisioning (LLP) deliverables.

  • Support key regulatory reporting activities, particularly FINREP, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

  • Help prepare and deliver loan tape requests (e.g., for regulators, auditors, orduediligenceexercises).

Data Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources toidentifytrends, concentrations, and emerging risks.

  • Support the translation of analytical outcomes into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders and risk owners.

  • Collaborate with credit risk teams to embed insights into credit risk strategies and steering.

Strategic Data & Reporting Transformation

  • Contribute to initiatives thatmoderniseand streamline the credit risk reporting landscape.

  • Support integrateddatamartenhancements to ensure data accessibility, consistency, and reporting efficiency

  • Assistin automation,rationalisation, and end-to-end improvementsofreporting processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Collaboratewith stakeholders across risk, finance, commercial units, and data management.

  • Presentreportingin a clear, structured, and impactful manner.

  • Promote consistent interpretation of risk metrics across theorganisation.

We look for

You are proactive, curious, and passionate about building highquality credit risk insights. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, are eager to learn, and show initiative in improving processes and data quality.

You bring

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, or equivalent.

  • 35years of experience in credit risk reporting, risk analytics, or related roles.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, andideallyBI tools such as Power BI.

  • A good understanding of credit risk principles and familiarity with CRR III and IFRS9 frameworks.

  • Experience working with datasets and translatingtheminto meaningful insights.

  • Strong communicationskills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.

  • A collaborative attitude, combined with a willingness to take ownership and grow.
