Job Title:Data Analyst Level IV

Location: Brussels-Capital (Hybrid)

Tribe: Investment

Work Schedule: 37h flex

Homeworking: Up to 50%, based on team agreement

Reports to: Product Lead Business Intelligence

About the Role

As a Data Analyst Level IV within Tribe Investment, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across investment products and commercial cycles. You will lead complex analytical initiatives, support strategic product development, and collaborate with cross-functional squads to optimize investment performance, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced data analysis and reporting initiatives focused on Tribe Investments product suite, and portfolio performance.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in investment behavior, product performance, and market dynamics to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Lead, Customer Journey Experts, and Data Engineers to embed analytics into product development and customer experience strategies.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across investment-related datasets, including transactional, behavioral, and market data.
  • Support regulatory and compliance reporting needs.
  • Contribute to the automation of reporting and analytics processes
  • Act as a data ambassador within Tribe Investment, promoting data literacy and usage across squads.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis within financial services, ideally in investments, wealth management, or retail banking.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, DBeaver, Excel).
  • Solid understanding of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, discretionary mandates) and related metrics.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, and performance attribution.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and multidisciplinary squads.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Investment product suite and data landscape.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, trend detection, and machine learning in investment contexts.
  • Experience with data platforms and data governance frameworks.
