A day in the life of the Team Lead Middleware

You combine Chapter Lead and Product Owner roles.

You actively coach and encourage +/-  10 chapter members to develop themselves. You help them being successful in their day to day work.

The scope of your chapter is linked to the Middleware technologies, File Transfer and Messaging, within Platform Engineering Tribe.

As Team Lead, you develop and maintain knowledge, culture and efficiency within the Chapter. You are also responsible for the delivery of those two technologies. You also define the Roadmap for your domain.

Acquire and strengthen delivery skills.

Work in an international agile environment.

Ensure the delivery of the Roadmap

The team

The IT area “Banking Platforms” focus on Building and maintaining Banking Platforms on top of global Tech Infra (MCP, WAS, XFB, MQ, ...) where there is a local need not catered for globally.

The area consists of more than 75 engineers, located in Brussels.
