Then join ING Wholesale Banking, one of the fastest growing corporate banks in Germany and support our Transaction Services team in our dynamic Commercial Cards product area!

Your Tasks

  • From day one you dive deep into the subject of Commercial Cards: you get to know and analyse the current market landscape, compare features, prices, and differentiators, identify the latest trends, especially regarding automation, analytics, and AI and transform your findings into actionable insights for your team.
  • Additionally, you explore emerging topics such as virtual cards, embedded payments, and AI-driven spend analytics to help shape the future direction of our Commercial Cards offering.
  • You also diligently support our sales efforts by preparing well-reasoned pitch decks and competitive comparisons for client meetings, learning how to handle RFP responses and using your analytical skills to help us better understand client feedback and market trends so we can improve continuously.
  • Naturally, you think in data. That’s why you support us in creating KPI dashboards to monitor all aspects of commercial card usage and help automate our reporting structures, enabling truly data-driven decision-making.
  • And of course, you not only get a glimpse into our day-to-day activities but also actively support your colleagues during, e.g., onboarding workflows, data quality checks, or documentation.
  • At every step, you work closely with our Lead Commercial Cards and collaborate with colleagues from various teams, such as Transaction Services Product, Sales, or Coverage, while growing your skills every day.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, IT, data systems, or similar or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master studies
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in digital payments and card solutions
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Structured and independent way of working with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, communicative and comfortable working across teams
  • Willingness to contribute to shaping the world of tomorrow
