We're building a new generation of onboarding and financial crime workflows powered by AI agents.

These systems don't simply automate tasks. They gather evidence, analyse information, coordinate activities across systems, and support specialists in making critical decisions.

The challenge isn'tin making existing workflows slightly better. It isdesigningsystemswhere people and AI collaborate effectively in environments that require trust, accountability, and sound judgement.We're looking for an Senior Agentic Service Designer to help define these experiences.

Role Summary

This role is part of the new AI Design team, a group of Service Designers, UX Designers and Researchers, shaping data analytics products. We work in product teams with engineers, data scientists, PMs and with close involvement of users and business stakeholders to enable both experimentation and delivery.

Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.

We also offer additional flexibility during August, allowing colleagues to work remotely throughout the month.

As part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to large-scale AI initiatives that create impact across the bank.

What You'll Do

You will shape howusers willinteract with and oversee AI agents across onboarding andClient Due Dilligencejourneys.You'll work alongside a Service Designer and UX Researcher to design future workflows that combine human expertise with increasingly capable AI systems.Since our team is one of the first

You will:

Design human-agent collaboration models.

Create interaction patterns for transparency, explainability and control.

Define how AI agents communicate confidence, uncertainty and recommendations.

Design review, escalation and intervention experiences.

Translate complex operational and regulatory workflows into intuitive experiences.

Build and validate prototypes that explore new forms of human-AI collaboration.

Contribute to reusable Agentic UX principles and standards.
